Good for the game, I reckon. My grandson, always doing these exercises at home. Keeps him busy and out of trouble. Good, right?
They even say they gotta warm up before they do anything. Like stretchin’ and runnin’ a little. Gets the blood flowin’, they say. Keeps ’em from gettin’ hurt. My grandson, he takes it all very seriously. Wants to be the best, he does. Wants that rugby dump body, the best one.
