First off, they had this Golden Blitz thingy back in December, startin’ on the first and endin’ on the second. Early in the mornin’, mind you, seven o’clock sharp! Don’t ask me what it was all about, sounded like a bunch of hooey to me. Kids these days and their fancy games. But, they seemed awful excited about it, so it musta been somethin’ special. Golden Blitz, they called it. Like gold’s gonna fall from the sky or somethin’. Silly, I tell ya, silly!
Now, they’re sayin’ December’s gonna be a busy month for this Monopoly Go. They got a special lineup, whatever that means. Sounds fancy, like somethin’ you’d see at the county fair. But this is on the phone, mind ya. No corn dogs or Ferris wheels, just… tapping and swiping. They tell me December 9th is a big day. Somethin’ big’s gonna happen. Who knows what them game makers got up their sleeves.

And then there’s this Partner Event thing. Heard tell it’s startin’ on December 10th. Some folks sayin’ the 12th, so who really knows? These game folks, they like to keep ya guessin’. Seems like a lotta work for a game, if you ask me.
And then, oh boy, here’s the kicker. They’re gettin’ a whole new album on December 5th. “Jingle Joy”, they’re callin’ it. Replacin’ that “Marvel GO!” thingy. Gonna last for six weeks, all the way to January 16th. Seems like they change these albums faster than I change my socks! Remember those old sticker albums? Now they’re doin’ it on the phone. Jingle Joy album, it’s called. Sounds festive, I guess. Like Christmas carols and whatnot.
So, let’s recap, shall we? December’s lookin’ mighty busy for these Monopoly Go players. Golden Blitz, special lineup, Partner Event, new album… It’s enough to make your head spin! I swear, these kids got more time on their hands than a retired rooster. But hey, if it keeps ’em outta trouble, I guess it ain’t so bad. Just don’t expect me to understand any of it. I’m still tryin’ to figure out how to turn on this dang TV remote. And they’re out here buildin’ virtual empires and collectin’ digital stickers.
And they had somethin’ in November too, tournaments they were called, but to be honest, by the time November rolls around next year, I’ll be more concerned with getting the pumpkin pie just right than what these kids are up to on their phones. So you’ll have to look that up yourself, I reckon. They write about all this stuff online, you know.
