Alright, let’s talk about this Pit Boxer mix, or whatever ya’ll call it, a Bullboxer Pit.
First off, ain’t no fancy purebred here, ya hear? It’s a mix, a mutt if ya like, from a Pitbull and a Boxer. Now, what’s that mean? It means ya get a bit of this and a bit of that, like mixin’ up flour and sugar, sometimes ya get a cake, sometimes a mess. But mostly, these dogs are a whole lotta energy, that’s for sure.
Them Bullboxer Pits, they got some spirit, like a firecracker on the Fourth of July. Lively, they say. Means they gonna be jumpin’ and runnin’ all over the place. Got that from their mama and papa, I reckon. So, if ya ain’t got time to play and keep ’em busy, best look for a different dog, maybe one of them lazy lap dogs.
Now, talkin’ ’bout temper, well, it’s a mixed bag, just like their blood. They say they’re smart, and I guess that’s true. But smart ain’t always easy, ya know? They need someone to tell ’em what’s what, right from the get-go. Trainin’, they call it. Gotta teach ’em young, else they be runnin’ the show, and trust me, ya don’t want that.
- Gotta start ’em young, get ’em used to other folks and dogs. Socializin’, they call it.
- Teach ’em to listen. Obedience, they say. Means they gotta do what ya tell ’em, not what they want.
If ya do all that, they say these dogs can be right friendly. Playin’ with other dogs, waggin’ their tails, all that good stuff. But ya gotta put in the work, ain’t no magic wand here.
Now, what about takin’ care of ’em? Well, they ain’t much different from any other dog, I reckon. Gotta feed ’em good, not just any old scraps. They need stuff that’s gonna give ‘em energy, somethin’ they call protein and fats. And vitamins and stuff, just like us folks, I guess.
Appearance? Well, they look like dogs, what else ya expect? Some look more like Pits, some more like Boxers, some a bit of both. Muscly, though, most of ’em. Strong as an ox, some might say. They come in different colors, too. Brown, black, white, sometimes a mix. Ain’t nothin’ too fancy about it, just a good ol’ dog look.
And let’s not forget the history of these dogs. Pits and Boxers, both been around a while, workin’ dogs mostly. Strong, loyal, that kinda thing. So, when ya mix ’em, ya get some of that toughness, that loyalty, but also that energy I was talkin’ about.
People always want to know about the Pitbull Boxer Mix temperament. Well, it depends, like I said. But if ya raise ’em right, they can be good dogs, loyal and friendly. But if ya neglect ’em, well, that’s a different story. Any dog can get mean if ya don’t treat it right.
And care? Well, that’s the same for any dog, ain’t it? Feed ’em good, give ’em water, take ’em to the vet when they need it, and most important, give ’em love. Lots of it. And play with ’em, run ’em around, wear ’em out, so they ain’t tearin’ up your house.
So, there ya have it. The Pit Boxer mix, the Bullboxer Pit, whatever ya wanna call it. A lively, energetic dog that needs some trainin’ and some lovin’. If ya can give ’em that, ya might just have a good friend for life. But if ya ain’t got the time or the patience, maybe look for somethin’ a little easier. Just sayin’.
Remember, this ain’t no show dog, this ain’t no fancy breed. It’s a mix, a mutt, a good ol’ dog that needs a good home and a good owner. And that’s all there is to it.
