This here caa basketball tournament 2024, it’s a big deal, you know? All them young fellas playing their hearts out. Reminds me of back when my boy used to play, bless his soul. He wasn’t in no fancy caa basketball thing, just local games, but still, the spirit’s the same. Lots of running and jumping, that’s for sure. And let me tell you, it is something to see.
They got this thing called the Coastal Athletic Association. Sounds important, don’t it? I reckon it is. They say it’s the men’s thing, this 2024 Coastal Athletic Association. The postseason, they call it. Means it’s after the regular playing, I guess. This year 2024, that is the big tournament time.
I heard some folks talking ’bout it down at the general store. Said it was gonna be on the TV. Channel this, channel that. I don’t rightly recall which one. But you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll be watching, if I can figure out the darn remote. Those things are more complicated than a mule’s stubborn streak.
They got these brackets, I hear tell. Like a family tree, but for basketball. Shows who’s playing who, and when. And the dates and time, they say it is on March 10, 2024. And some other days too, I guess. It’s all a bit much for me to keep straight. But I like to see the young folks doing their best.

That rebounding is important too. You gotta get the ball to make the point. Like picking apples, you gotta reach up and grab ’em. He do it all, I hear. Good for him. He must make his mama proud.
That caa basketball tournament, it’s a real hootenanny. All that cheering and yelling. Reminds me of a county fair, ‘cept with more sweat. And probably less pie, which is a shame. A good pie can make any day better, that’s what I always say.
They play hard, those boys. Run up and down, back and forth. Makes me tired just watching ’em. I need a good sit-down and a cup of something strong after all that excitement. Maybe a nap too. Watching basketball is hard work, you know!
I remember one time, my boy, he was playing in a game. Not a big one like this caa basketball thing, but still important to him. He tripped and fell, right there on the court. Scraped his knee something awful. But he got right back up and kept playing. Tough as nails, that one. Just like these Coastal Athletic Association boys, I imagine.

It’s good to see the young folks having something to do. Keeps ’em out of trouble, most of the time. Better than sitting around getting into mischief, that’s for sure. And it’s good for the community, having something to rally around. Brings folks together, like a good old-fashioned potluck.
This Coastal Athletic Association, must be some big organization. Got an address, and everything. I saw it somewhere, 8625 Patterson Ave, Richmond. Sounds fancy. They got rules and things, I bet. Probably more rules than a schoolhouse. They say they have term of service, and privacy policy. I don’t know what all that is, just a lot of words.
So, if you get a chance, you should watch this caa basketball tournament 2024. It’s a real spectacle, as they say. And you might even see that Chase Lowe fella. He sounds like a real firecracker. And who knows what else them young fellas will do? It is all exciting, you know.
I just hope they all have fun, and nobody gets hurt. That is the most important things. Winning is good, I guess, but having fun and being safe is better. That’s what I always told my boy, anyway. And he turned out alright, most of the time. These basketball boys, they seem like good kids. They will do alright, I think. This caa basketball, it is a good thing.
