No need for fancy equipment or nothin’. Just show up and have fun. That’s the main thing. The most important thing to join adult flag football is to join a local team first.
They say there are different positions you can play, too. Like quarterback, or receiver, or defender. Sounds complicated, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. I can learn new thing if I want to. These old bones still got some life in ’em, you know. I heard there are many State Championship events held by top flag football league from all over the country.
And don’t worry if you ain’t no good at it at first. Everybody starts somewhere. Just gotta keep at it, practice makes perfect. That’s what they always say. And who knows, maybe I’ll be a natural.
