Well, yesterday I finally got to tailgate at an Ohio State football game. It was awesome! I’ve been an Ohio State fan my whole life, but never actually got to do the whole tailgating thing before. It was a big game too, so the atmosphere was electric. Let me tell you all about it.

On game day, I got there early. Like, really early. I wanted to soak it all in. Parking was a bit of a mess, but hey, it’s a big game, what do you expect? I found my reserved spot and started setting up. It was cool seeing everyone else doing the same, all decked out in scarlet and gray.
I fired up the grill, started cooking, and the smell of burgers filled the air. It was awesome. People were tossing the football around, music was playing, and everyone was just having a good time. It really felt like one big family, all excited for the game.
Then, it was game time. We packed up our stuff, made sure everything was secure, and headed into the stadium. The energy was insane! Ohio State’s defense was on point that day. They totally owned the field. It was great seeing them dominate like that. I couldn’t have asked for a better game.
After the game, which we won, by the way, I walked around with the crowd, still riding that high. You can’t take those moments for granted, especially when it’s a rivalry game. I was so happy to have finally experienced an Ohio State tailgate and game.
