Arkansas Razorbacks Depth Chart: Whos Starting and Whos on the Bench for the Upcoming Season?
Okay, so, I’ve been diving deep into the Arkansas Razorbacks football team lately, specifically their depth chart for the upcoming 2024-25 season. Let me tell you, it’s been quite a journey piecing it all together.
First off, I started by scouring the internet for any bits of information I could find about the Razorbacks’ roster. It wasn’t easy, I gotta say. There’s a lot of outdated stuff out there, and sifting through it all took some time.
Then, I began compiling a list of players. I focused on getting their names, positions, and jersey numbers right. I noticed some new names popping up, like this guy Rykar Acebo, a wide receiver, and Jaden Allen, a cornerback. I also spotted Jordan Anthony, another wide receiver. Pretty cool to see fresh talent coming in.
But here’s where it got interesting. I saw that a bunch of players had entered the transfer portal. Like, over 20! That’s a lot of movement. It meant the depth chart I was building was constantly changing. For example, Monte Harrison is going to be a starting wide receiver, which is a new development.
I also got my hands on an official depth chart released by Coach Sam Pittman. This was a big help. It confirmed some of my findings and gave me the starting lineup for a game against UAPB. But that list was still changing because of the guys moving into and out of the transfer portal and others going to the NFL draft.
- Rodney Hill is now the starting running back. Apparently, Ja’Quinden Jackson left for the NFL, and Braylen Russell and Rashod Dubinion transferred.
- Andreas Paaske stepped up as the starting tight end. I found out that Luke Hasz, who was the starter, is no longer in that position.
Some Key Changes I Noticed
Putting this depth chart together was like assembling a puzzle with constantly shifting pieces. It took a lot of time, cross-referencing, and updating, but I finally managed to create a somewhat clear picture of what the Razorbacks’ lineup might look like next season. It’s still not 100% because things keep changing, but I will say this, the Razorbacks are going to have a very different team on the field, and it’s exciting to see how it all unfolds.
